About Delivery
When can you expect your order? If you place your order before 10 am, it will be delivered the next working day by courier, between 8 am and 6 pm. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If you anticipate not being available, you can leave special instructions for the courier in the comments/message section during checkout, such as leaving the package with a neighbor. Additionally, you can include a personalized message for the recipient, which we'll add to a special gift tag included with your order. If no one is present to receive the delivery, or if the goods become unsuitable due to non-delivery, we cannot accept liability. In such cases, the courier will leave a "calling card" at the recipient's address or email, and it becomes the recipient's responsibility to arrange a suitable redelivery time and date with the courier company.
If you know your recipient won't be home during working hours, we recommend providing a business address for delivery. Please select the AM delivery option to ensure delivery during office hours. Orders placed after 10 am are dispatched the following day. Orders placed before 10 am on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday between 8 am and 6 pm. For Saturday delivery, orders must be placed before 10 am on Friday.
Please note that during busy seasonal periods such as Eid, Diwali, and Christmas, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery. We advise customers to place their orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
How do we ensure your sweets arrive fresh and in good condition? We only use freshly made sweets prepared and packaged at our factory for online orders. Each order is carefully packed in bubble-wrapped double-layered cartons to ensure optimum condition upon delivery.
What are the delivery charges? We offer a next working day door-to-door courier service within the UK. Delivery charges for orders weighing up to 15 kg (or fitting into 1 parcel) in England, Wales, and most parts of Scotland start from £5.50 (Saturday delivery charges start from £8.50), while Northern Ireland delivery is £14.99. Please note that deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland are on a 2-day service.
Returns Policy: We strive for your total satisfaction with your Kundun Sweets order. If your goods are damaged or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us by phone at (0) 1217069257 or email us at support@kundun.co.uk. We'll be happy to credit the appropriate amount and can arrange for the goods to be picked up by our couriers at no extra cost to you. If your goods do not arrive at the specified time, you are entitled to refuse delivery and receive a refund.
